70% of young people in Ireland are considering emigrating over fears about their future
Alan and Muireann are joined by the Director of Policy & Advocacy Paul Gordon & Student Aisling Maloney to discuss how the cost of living crisis is affecting young people. A recent survey revealed that 7 in 10 adults aged between 18 and 24 years old are looking at the possibility of moving away from Ireland because it is too expensive to stay here. Aisling Maloney tells Muireann and Alan that, "I just don't think it's possible to live here." - Monday-Friday from 7.00am to 10.00am & weekends from 9.00am to 12:00pm on Virgin Media One.
