Professor Hamid Ghany: Hadeed Release Could Test The Limits Of Preventive Detention In T&T
Political scientist and constitutional expert Professor Hamid Ghany says the Court of Appeal’s decision to grant Dominic and Genevieve Hadeed conditional release while their Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) remain in force could have wider implications for the use of preventive detention during a State of Emergency. He spoke to TTT News on the matter on Thursday.
