Ming's first session with me. She was already able to generate speed by rotating her upper body, but she had most of her weight on her back foot, making her front foot dormant and therefore controlling direction with her back foot mostly. She is a fast learner with the drill and teaching her the surfskate pump movement is the best place to start for her. She will now slowly bring her practical game in par with her theory game. At the end of the session she was able to put more weight confidently on her front foot. She is progressing really fast.
