Before our Salvation, we walk in spiritual darkness. After we are saved, our perspective changes because we adopt the mind of Christ through His Holy Spirit. It is a life changing event; an eternity changing event. Once the veil is lifted, we can see things so much clearer. The light of God cancels out the darkness. It is a supernatural thing.
