COSTA DA POVOAÇÃO - 15 DE AGOSTO DE 2020

A weekend spent on the "Costa" of Povoação in good company, celebrating the traditional national holiday of August 15th, a Catholic holiday on which the Church celebrates the Feast of the Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven. For many years, this has been a festive day on the "Costa," always different from year to year, where the reunion with that hillside and its view brings joy and surprise. There was no shortage of celebration day and night, with much joy, excitement, delicious snacks, drinks, food, and camaraderie. Another memory of this fantastic place that the "Most Beautiful of the Azores" provides us. May we have the life and health to return next year.
