What is the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center?
The Diplomatic Security Service's Foreign Affairs Security Training Center provides intensive security training for U.S. Department of State personnel and other members of the foreign affairs community. This facility, built in 2019, is located in Blackstone, Virginia and improves training efficiency and decreases operating costs. Diplomatic Security Service law enforcement and security experts train daily to be prepared to address international threats and incidents in foreign nations.
