Potato Harvest Day! What Went Wrong With My Red Potatoes?

Join me as I harvest my potatoes from grow bags here in Southeastern North Carolina! While my white potatoes turned out great, my red potatoes had some disappointing issues. Gardening doesn't always go as planned, and I'm sharing the successes and challenges from this harvest. After harvesting, I refreshed the soil and replanted the grow bags with squash, okra, and zinnias so they can continue producing throughout the season.
