Automatic Temperature Controlled DC Fan using 10k Thermistor and BC547 Transistor

Assalamualaikum friends! This is a compact and energy-efficient heat control system that automatically powers a BLDC fan based on surrounding temperature. The circuit uses a 10kΩ NTC thermistor, BC547 NPN transistor, a 470Ω resistor, and a 7V battery to operate a brushless DC fan. When the temperature rises, the resistance of the thermistor decreases, allowing current to flow into the base of the BC547 transistor. This turns the transistor ON, completing the circuit and activating the fan. Once the temperature drops, the thermistor’s resistance increases, turning OFF the transistor and stopping the fan. This project is ideal for beginners in electronics, school or college mini-projects, and DIY home automation fans. Features: Simple and low-cost temperature control system No microcontroller required Automatically adjusts fan operation with temperature Perfect for electronics learners and small applications Thermistor fan control Simple heat sensor project Automatic cooling fan circuit Fan control without Arduino BL DC fan transistor control BC547 fan switch Temperature control DIY electronics Mini project electronics idea Easy electronics project for beginners NTC thermistor application project 470 ohm resistor use in fan circuit Transistor fan automation DIY electronics fan controller Low cost temperature fan circuit automatic fan with sensor #ThermistorFanProject #AutomaticFanControl #DIYCoolingSystem
