Caminos de Iberia - Zapatillas
Zapatillas is an Iberian Rock & Blues band with roots stretching across the Atlantic. Originally formed as a Luso-American band (Orquestra Sapatilhas) in the historic Portuguese community of Fall River, Massachusetts, Zapatillas is now based full-time in Portugal, bringing its sound to the coastal summer venues, beach towns and holiday resorts of Portugal and Spain. Blending Rock, Blues and Iberian influences with a raw, emotional and atmospheric style, the band performs both original music and collaborative live sessions, often featuring local musicians and guest artists from the regions where they perform. Zapatillas embraces a modern approach to music production. Rather than recording in traditional studios, the band develops and masters its tracks through advanced digital music generation and AI-assisted production technologies, creating a unique fusion of human songwriting and contemporary sound engineering. All tracks written and created by Pedro Sousa.
