Gyukotsu Beef Ramen in Matador, Tokyo Japan, Japanese Beef based soup noodles

Description : I visited Gyukotsu Ramen Matador. As its name shows this ramen restaurant beef based soup, Gyukotsu ramen noodles. This is very unique, there are plenty chicken or pork based ramen shop in all over Japan but not so many shops serve beef based ramen. However, it tastes quite light. I thought it tastes close to Tonkotsu but it tastes completely different. It tastes so gorgeous. If you haven't tried yet, try once!!!!
