In this video we begin chapter 6 on pedigree analysis and genetic testing. We start with the basics of human genetics studies and how we study them. Then I go into how we read pedigrees and how they look for various disorders like autosomal recessive, autosomal dominant, x-linked recessive, x-linked dominant, and y-linked disorders.
