Boarding the Bota Šare oyster boat you are in for not only a culinary experience but also a nature and cultural experience. You will be hosted by one of the family that have grown oysters for generations in the bay and since 1980, have run the now famous family restaurant Bota Šare, located on the waterfront in Mali Ston. You will learn the process of cultivating and gathering oysters and mussels in the bay. Interesting fact, the process of cultivating oysters takes two long years, meaning on this tour you get to indulge in the juiciest, freshest oysters from birth to maturity.
