2 days alone at sea. No food. just catch & cook. I returned from the island, which is 4 nautical miles away, by rowing for 3 hours. Mobile marine navigation software CMAP and Open CPN were very useful to me. In terms of weather, Windy again gave reliable results. The plans I relied on came true. The fish fry and campfire were amazing. I caught horse mackerel, sardine and haddock. In this camp, I used a firebox that I manufactured myself. I cooked expresso on a Trangia brand alcohol stove. I cooked the fish on a tube camping stove. I brewed green tea in my own "firebox" stove. I cooked mocha pot and expresso on an alcohol stove. Camp food was only fish I caught myself. catch & cook.
