In this video, we conduct a blind taste test of six potato omelets, made with the exact same recipe, only changing the potato variety. Will there be any real differences, or will they all taste practically the same? We also share the recipe we used so you can repeat the experiment at home. 🥔 Recipe (20 cm pan) 370 g potatoes 6 medium eggs 70 g sweet onion 3 g salt All the omelets were cooked exactly the same way: ✅ Same quantities. ✅ Same cooking time. ✅ Same pan. ✅ Same temperature.
