The retainer bracket didn't line up perfectly, but you will see in the video that you can make it work. Removing the bumper cover completely was not necessary. Removing the top piece and lowering the bumper cover for access was much easier than I thought it would be. I would recommend getting some replacement plastic clips ahead of time. I didn't need to adjust or aim the headlights after installing them. Tools needed: Philips Screwdriver Flathead Screwdriver Clip removal tool (if you have one) 10mm socket and/or socket wrench Vice grips to hold the bracket in place to mount the lower outside bolt through the metal bracket.
