Hadrut on the Road to Recovery

The city of Hadrut, once regarded as “the diamond of Karabakh,” was all but destroyed during the Karabakh War. Afterwards the residents of Hadrut lost no time to rebuild their city, striving to make it thrive again, despite some extremely difficult circumstances. Armenia Fund actively contributed to the revitalization of the city, by implementing two critically needed infrastructure projects: the construction of the city’s natural-gas and water networks. Thanks to these initiatives, Hadrut residents now have regular access to gas and water.
