Wagyu Tasting with @albafityoga This BUTCHER SHOP is certified by the Japanese government to sell the exclusive wagyu beef from the Kobe region. 🤫 A SECRET: You can try this exclusive meat in a private room at the butcher shop. By reservation, and for a maximum of 6 people, they organize dinners with Japanese private chef Mutsuo Kowaki. All dishes are paired with top-quality wines: French champagne, gems from Montsant, etc. The meal is rounded off with a couple of very Japanese desserts, which vary depending on the season.
