The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 - Overview of the Assured Periodic Tenancy
Effective from 1 May 2026, Fixed Term Tenancies (Assured Shorthold Tenancies and Assured Tenancies) will be abolished and will convert to Assured Periodic Tenancies.
