McCulloch MC1385 Deluxe Steamer 3 Months 😱 Update Review

Extremely simple to use basically plug and play very fast to heat up, very "powerful" deep cleaner. its as simple as 123 if you can use a little common sense. McCulloch (Vornado) is so easy to talk to either over the phone when I originally had purchased the steam cleaner received all but one accessories went to the McCulloch website chatted with them the had sent out a replacement. we were not home for a couple weeks while the replacement had arrived when I opened the packaging I saw it was the wrong piece I went to McCulloch website to talk with customer service opened the chat screen which still had all of the prior chats saved and noticed it would was my mistake the wording I used was confusing and yet even still just a minutes after starting a chat with a customer service rep. I had the correct accessory on the way and they told me to keep the one that I had received. They truly care about customer service and experience.
