Am I out $40? | Is It Possible to Save Heat Damaged Powder?

About a month ago I was getting ready to powder coat some tumblers for Rookie Woodshop. I had the powder delivered to my air conditioned office a few days earlier. I knew that I had brought it home, but as much as I looked I couldn't find the powder anywhere. I started thinking back to the day that I brought it home and it dawned on me that I had driven my work truck that day. I had to move the box to the storage space behind the seats and totally forgot about it. It also happened to have occurred when temperatures were hitting 95-100 degrees F. It had to be 30 degrees higher in the truck. I wasn't hopeful that the powder could be used. When I pulled it from the truck it was essentially a solid block. But before I trashed it, I figured it would be worth a little time and experimentation to determine if it was worth saving. You be the judge...
