You should speak on topics you know cold, that you could talk about at length without notes or slides. If you have no experience, you should start your public speaking career by speaking for free at local events, and schools or even hosting small events of your own. Live Streaming and doing Q&A is a great way to build up the confidence to become a public speaker and speak at length on topics you know and care about.
