Portuguese Portugis Egg Tart

#eggtart #portugiseggtart Egg tart pastry BUTTER DOUGH 100g Flour 75g Butter 75g Shortening 1/4 tsp Salt WATER DOUGH 125g flour 20g butter 10g sugar 1 egg yolk 50ml water Makes 12 crusts 6cm mold FROZEN: Freeze 125g whipping cream 125ml liquid milk 3 eggs 60g granulated sugar 6g cornstarch 1 tsp vanilla extract Bake at 170-190C for 18-25 minutes, depending on the oven, or until caramelized on top.
