How to Block Zombie Spawns in Project Zomboid

What if I told you I could turn zombie spawns off... without touching sandbox settings? Would that pique your interest? Eh probably not. Honestly, this is more effort than it may be worth. Just in case it does, we'll show you how to choose bases, protect bases, or possibly even quarantine whole areas of Project Zomboid to keep the undead out. This spawn blocking mechanic can also provide map makers with an ability to create game friendly "safe spaces" for player meet and greats. Not a completely original idea.
