The local authorities reacted clearly: in Kryvyi Rih, neither the duration nor the volume of outages are determined. After all, the volumes are calculated by Ukrenergo based on the general situation in the country's energy system. And the market operator in the Dnipropetrovsk region, DTEK, carries out the outages. After the peaceful gathering, some of the protesters blocked the road, which caused a traffic collapse and the stoppage of public transport. Energy professionals once again emphasize that under constant attacks from the Russian Federation, there can be no stable schedules. And they are working at the limit of their capabilities to restore stable supply.
