Break-Up Season Nearly Ended Us!
Spring Break up hit hard this year, and flood water started surrounding our off-grid cabin. With the snow melting and water rising fast, we got worried it could end up making its way inside the cabin. Without machinery or heavy equipment, I did what I could to try draining the water down before leaving town. Living off-grid comes with its challenges, but this flood was totally unexpected!
