HOW TO PERFORM A PROPER AND ACCURATE RADON TEST
HOW TO PERFORM A PROPER AND ACCURATE RADON TEST A simple and inexpensive radon test can be performed by Traverse City Home Inspections to determine if you have an elevated radon level in your home and if a relatively simple, but needed, mitigation procedure is in order. We conduct the test in the lowest livable area of your house that is regularly used 8 to 10 hours per week. Short-term tests are useful to see if further testing is warranted. Most are activated charcoal-based or electret ions that measure radon levels for two to seven days. We mail the tests to a lab for the results. In this video we will be talking about: 1. What type of device is being used to record the test results 2. How is that device used inside the property? Need Home Inspections? Call us today at (231) 499-3256.
