Socrates Life and Philosophy | Unexamined Life | Socratic Irony | Philosophy Lectures | Waqas Aziz Socrates life and Philosophy is worth listening. The very first thing he taught the Greek people was that an Unexamined Life is not worth living. According to him, one should question all religious and moral values. Not only that, one must examine his own life. Besides, Socrates was famous for his Socratic irony. During conversation with fellow beings, he always professed that he knows nothing and desirous for getting some wisdom and knowledge from the other person. Apart from it, he believed that he was guided in all his actions by a supernatural voice which he calls Daemon. Furthermore, Socrates was the wisest man in Athens, because he never pretended to have knowledge of something when, in fact, he knew nothing. He was by profession a sculptor, but he deserted his profession in order to devote himself to what he he considered his mission, Philosophy. He was also charged for denying national gods, introducing new gods and corrupting youth. These charges lead him towards the death penalty. This Lecture explains Life and Philosophy of Socrates in detail. ➡️ Socrates: Ethical Teachings;Virtue    • Socrates | Ethical Teachings | Virtue | Ph...   ➡️ Socrates: Theory of Knowledge    • Socrates | Theory of Knowledge | Philosoph...   ➡️ Socratic Method    • Socratic Method | Philosophical Methods | ...   ➡️ Who were Sophists?    • Who were Sophists? | Man is the Measure of...   ➡️ Sophists: Theory of Knowledge (Knowledge is Perception)    • Knowledge is Perception | Knowledge is Opi...   ➡️ Deductive and Inductive Reasoning    • Differences Between Inductive and Deductiv...   ➡️ Playlist of Political Science 👇    • Political Science   ➡️ Playlist of Greek Philosophers👇    • Greek Philosophers   ➡️ Playlist of Concepts of Philosophy👇    • General Concepts of Philosophy   ➡️ Playlist of Philosophical Methods 👇    • Philosophical Methods   ➡️ Sociology Lectures 👇    • Sociology   ➡️ English Vocabulary 👇    • English Vocabulary   Regards: Lectures by Waqas Aziz #waqasazizlectures #lecturesbywaqasaziz #waqasaziz #philosophy #philosophylectures #philosophyhonours #philosophyoptional #philosophyhindi #greekphilosophy #greekphilosophers #philosopher #philosophers #philosophyintamil #philosophyinurdu #philosophyinhindi #lecturesonphilosophy #concepts #conceptsforexams #css #pms #upsc #upscexam #upscaspirants #upscpreparation #philosophycss #philosophypms #philosophyoptional #philosophyupsc #socrates #sócrates #socrateslifeandphilosophy #unexaminedlife #socraticirony #socratesdeath #unexaminedlifeisnotworthliving #chargesagainstsocrates #socratesdaemon #socrateswisemanknowsnothing
