Taxpayers who purchase counterfeit CFDI invoices will never be subject to an audit under Article 49-Bis of the Federal Tax Code (CFF), because such audits target those who issue and sell counterfeit CFDI invoices, not those who purchase, deduct, or claim them as tax credits. Don't be fooled!
