Seven games into the 25/26 Championship season and we're starting to see some shape to the league. 7 down, 39 to go - and this coming week will see the return of the mid-week fixtures. Simon Lillibury is joined by Benjamin Bloom to review the weekend's biggest news stories including the Lancashire Telegraph being banned from Blackburn Rovers, Phil Parkinson's future, Birmingham's underwhelming start under Chris Davies and whether Boro and Coventry can remain invincible. It goes without saying that we'll discuss the elephant in the room, the Old Farm Derby as Ipswich take on Norwich this Sunday. But that will be saved by and large for Friday. This week we'll be discussing each team's start to the season under Kieran McKenna and Liam Manning's stewardship and discussing whether it's been the start both teams expected, or whether they've both underwhelmed (despite Ipswich's 5-0 thrashing of Sheffield United). As always the pair will preview the biggest fixtures ahead of the weekend. On Friday we will be back with a more in-depth preview of Ipswich Town vs Norwich City in our EXTRA show for the first Old Farm derby of the season.
