🍽️ Today's Home-Cooked Mukbang Vlog Nurungji Samgyetang (Scorched Rice Ginseng Chicken Soup), Fresh Cabbage Kimchi, Pickled Cucumber Side Dish, and Refreshing Korean Fruit Punch! Plus, a visit to the famous charcoal-grilled ribs restaurant Sanjang Garden in Sejong! 🍲 Today’s Home-Cooked Menu I made nurungji samgyetang (scorched rice chicken soup) at home today! I was tempted to use a pressure cooker, but I’m still a bit scared of it 😅 So instead, I simmered it slowly and carefully in a regular pot. I also made some fresh cabbage kimchi and a light cucumber pickle to go with it. 🍉 Dessert Time: Korean Fruit Punch! I mixed coconut jelly drink with sparkling water to create a super refreshing base for our hwachae (fruit punch). It turned out so delicious—highly recommend it as a summer dessert! 💕 🏡 Restaurant Visit: Sanjang Garden (Sejong City) We also visited Sanjang Garden in Sejong. They say the place was built on the success of their charcoal-grilled ribs—and wow, everything was amazing! From the ribs and side dishes and even the dongchimi (radish water kimchi), it was all so good! 🌧️ It’s been raining quite a bit lately. Hope everyone stays safe and cozy.
