【道の駅グルメ】うみっぷく(2024.5)
さて今回はGWの道の駅やまだのレストランうみっぷくに行ってきました。 基本的に混んでるお店はちょっと苦手なのですがGWは話しは別。大混雑の活気も感じられればと思います。 食べたのは「激煮干しラーメン」。沿岸にあっては珍しい濁りタイプの煮干しラーメン。麺は中細のちぢれ麵でチャーシュー、メンマに海苔ゆで卵＆刻みネギという構え。 今風のガッツリ系煮干しではないので沿岸人でも好きなラーメンだと思います。 ＃うみっぷく ＃道の駅やまだおいすた ＃激煮干しラーメン
