With love, Bruna ❤️ WHITE BUTTER CAKE (in the video I made two recipes, for two cakes, one recipe is below) 200g margarine 320g granulated sugar 4 eggs 250ml filtered water (you can use milk) 350g self-rising flour Place in a greased 20cm cake tin and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 180° oven or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. FOR DOUGH WITHOUT YEAST (15G OF YEAST PER RECIPE) ABOVE WE HAVE DESCRIBED 1 (ONE) RECIPE RECIPE WEIGHT 1300G NESTLE MILK FILLING 1 can of condensed milk 2 cans of heavy cream 70g of powdered milk 30g of margarine SYRUP TO MOISTEN THE CAKES: 250g of condensed milk 250g of filtered water Mix the two ingredients until well dissolved and use. CREAMY GANACHE TOPPING 500g of fractionated or WHITE chocolate coating 160g of whipped cream at room temperature 10g of hazelnut flavoring paste (optional) ALL PREPARATION METHOD IN THE VIDEO ASSEMBLY TECHNICAL SHEET: 3 CAKE DISCS; 450g of filling per layer; (300g of Ninho milk filling and 150g of Nutella per layer) 50g of syrup per layer; FINAL WEIGHT OF THE CAKE: 3kg Yield: 12 slices of 250g each Links to the utensils...
