Pizza bereber (Madfouna): receta y ruta turística por el sur de Marruecos

How to make Berber pizza, or Madfouna, a typical desert dish we enjoyed on our trip to Morocco. It's a bread dough filled with meat, egg, and vegetables. It's delicious and very easy to make. By the way, I'll take you on a road trip through southern Morocco. We'll travel through the Atlas Mountains to Merzouga, at the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Along the way, we'll stop at the Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, the Atlas Studios (where many films have been shot), the Dades Valley, the breathtaking Todra Gorges, and buy spices at the market in the city of Rissani.
