Baking Powder Mix together 2 parts Cream of Tartar and 1 part baking soda. Sausage Seasoning Mix 6-1/2 Tbsp. sage 2 Tbsp. sea salt 5 tsp. black pepper 5 tsp. red pepper flakes 5 tsp. fennel 5 tsp. marjoram 2-1/2 tsp. ground mustard 2 tsp. garlic powder Use 1 Tbsp. of this mixture for every 1 pound of meat.
