Mukesh Khanna Speech at 20th International Children's Film Festival Closing Ceremony Children's Day, the week-long International Children's Film Festival of India (ICFFI) came to a close at a ceremony which was held at Shilpakala Vedika on Tuesday evening.The ceremony was attended by Mukesh Khanna, chairman of the Children's Film Society India (CFSI). On the final day of the 20th edition of the festival, several young film makers and film enthusiasts from across the city gathered at the auditorium, to watch the cultural performances and events. Over the past one week, children from across the country have been trooping into various venues of the film festival, also known popularly as 'The Golden Elephant' to watch specially curated children's movies.
