How to price and quote a mural and other street art projects

One of the most common questions that I get about euros and street art is how does an artist Price the work. Giving a quote to a potential client about a possible mural and street art project can be difficult. I highly avoid pricing based on the square footage solely. Rather, Square footage is one of many factors that I account for I'm quoting a price. I usually account for the following: 1. Size of the space 2. The textures of the wall 3. How tall is the wall or space 4. Possible special equipment needed 5. Obstacles in and around the space 6. Time frame of installation(can I work on it whenever I want to?) 7. Completion date 8. Resources and supplies around the space for resupplying purposes 9. Resources at the space(do they have electricity and equipment) 10. How far away is it from my home and studio?
