In Part 4 of this BMW 3 Series restoration, we faced the biggest challenges yet! 🛠️ Smoke coming from the engine bay, 48 error codes, EGR valve issues, clogged DPF, and RPM fluctuation — we tackled them all. Plus, we began the custom headlight build, restored rusty brake calipers, prepped alloys for painting, and changed the engine oil with fresh 5W-40. 🌧️ Heavy rain even flooded the cabin! We cleaned that up too. 🔋 We also gave attention to our 1999 Hero CBZ and charged the Harley battery.
