Peker Mengen, who became mayor of this small town by promising a visit from the Prime Minister and teasing them with dreams of becoming a province, had to get creative. The townsfolk didn't forget his promise, so he somehow convinces the Prime Minister to actually show up. Peker, along with his advisors, throws together this huge welcome party, but things get way out of hand. Next thing you know, this tiny town of 5000 people is trying to become its own country – and they're somehow at war with the United States! While Peker, his wife Mualla (who he didn't exactly plan on marrying), and his team are figuring out how to handle the U.S., they're also trying to get their heads around starting a new country. And they might even bump into an alien along the way. This movie is a wild ride! It's an absurd comedy from the minds behind "Güldür Güldür."
