The Story of St Melangell (And Why Nature Responds to the Saints)

I visited the shrine of St Melangell in central Wales—where a remarkable story has been told for over a thousand years. A hunted hare runs for its life… and finds refuge with a woman at prayer. And then something striking happens in the presence of the saint: the violence of the hunt is held back. There is glimpse of Eden. This isn’t just a charming legend. It points to something deeper—about holiness, about the world, and about what happens when a life is properly aligned with God. There are other stories like this—where the same pattern appears in different forms. I made a short dramatic film on St Hilda that explores something similar: 🎬    • Hilda and the Serpent | A Visionary Short ...   👥 Join our informal community: https://www.disciplesofthedivinelogos... ✍️ Read my blog post for more on my visit to Melangell’s Shrine: https://saintsofthenorth.wordpress.co...
