Update: The battery charged only one time. The second time I tried to charge the battery, it wouldn't accept a charge. I contacted Tracer, and they refused to send a new battery even though my pictures and this review video appear on the web site! Other bike companies have quickly sent parts that were missing or defective, Tracer refused.
