The showcase included Ovention’s triple-stack Conveyor Ovens, designed to maximize output in a compact footprint while keeping 500-degree air contained inside the unit to reduce kitchen heat. Chef Arvin also highlighted the Milo oven, featuring independently controlled cooking cavities, full-color touchscreen controls, USB recipe loading, and a unique combination of Linear Impingement and Infrared (IR) technologies for consistent cooking and improved yield.
