Sustainable Sanitation to Organic Fertilizer: EcoSan Compost Toilets in Ghana, West Africa
Dream Big Ghana NGO is a community development organisation working in Ghana to deliver sustainable programmes in sanitation, education and youth sports development. Our sanitation programme primarily focuses on the construction and sustainable management of EcoSan toilets, which produce compost that can be used as an alternative to chemical fertilisers, contributing to a circular economy. This programme addresses the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation For All. Cinematography & production by Osei Kwame (fremekwame) and Caleb Kusi (@calygrafy).
