Sound Bath with Spoken Affirmations for Grounding & Safety - 396 Hz Root Chakra Frequencies

Welcome divine one, this is pt. 1 of my Chakra Balance Series. 🤍 In this session we focus on the Root Chakra. It is the first of our 7 main energy centers and it is responsible for our feeling of safety and groundedness in this world. An imbalance here might feel like anxiety and fearful thinking, carrying shame and guilt, trust-issues and persistent struggle in life. Trough the soothing sounds of my 396 hz crystal bowl, vocal melodies and spoken affirmations, we bring your root chakra back into a grounded state of safety, so you may be able to trust life deeply and rest peacefully in your own body. I recorded this video in the beautiful forest near to where I live, so the session is also accompanied by our sweet bird friends, singing their melodies for us.
