I spent an entire day with my tribal wife's grandma to experience what life is really like as an elder in the Amazon rainforest. From cooking over an open fire and working her farm to learning about her daily life, I stepped into a world that few outsiders ever get to see. By the end of the day, I asked her the questions I've always wanted answered about her tribe's history, traditions, and the stories that have been passed down for generations.
