Belmond 201 Class loco 216 - Laden Timber Train - Kildare & Athy 27/6/16

Belmond 201 Class loco number 216 is seen working a Laden Timber Train at Kildare and Athy on the 27/6/16. I would like to thank Danny / The Irish Mainline for allowing me to use part of his shot at Athy as my camera died while the train was passing. This 201 class loco is now owned by Belmond it was bought of Irish rail for use on the upcoming Belmond Grand Hibernian Luxury Train which is going to tour parts of Northern Ireland and Ireland. At the time of filming the loco was painted in a Green undercoat livery but since filming the loco has been painted into Belmond blue livery the belmond train is due to come into service at the end of August 2016 so keep an eye out for videos of Belmond appearing on the channel in the near future.
