Today's guest is Jo Frost.  Jo is a global parenting expert who has been working with families since 1987.  Many of us know her as Supenanny from the award winning television show, Supernanny, where she showed us the vulnerable, challenging sides of parenting that so many of us feel, but aren't always equipped for. Jo is also a recognized TV personality, New York Times best-selling author, global thought leader in the parenting arena, in-demand speaker, consultant as well as the go-to expert for media outlets around the world. Today, I am honored to have a friendly (and vulnerable) conversation with  Jo about life as a conscious, mindful and present parent.
