A direita está falando só com quem já concorda
The national convention of the Liberal Party (PL), which launched Flávio Bolsonaro as a candidate for President of the Republic, drew attention for a speech strongly aimed at its own electorate. During the event, there was the participation of Argentine President Javier Milei and the showing of a video created with artificial intelligence simulating a message from Jair Bolsonaro, criticizing the political persecution he claims to suffer. In this video, I present a strategic analysis of this political act. My criticism is not directed at the ideas defended by the party, but at the electoral efficiency of the strategy adopted in the current Brazilian political scenario. In my assessment, actions like these rarely win over new voters. They mobilize those who already support the movement, but have little dialogue with the average voter, who is usually more concerned with employment, income, cost of living, and everyday issues than with institutional disputes or figures known only to those who follow politics daily. Is the right wing convincing new voters or just receiving applause from those who are already convinced?
