They're in communication with us and have told us they'll be in touch throughout, it can take 30 working days to complete the investigation. In the meantime they've offered their sincere apologies. Plus Sooz has her successful nephrostomy change & catheter change. Her surgeon has booked her in to have this done more frequently to ensure her quality of life is the best it can be and also to ensure the nephrostomys can work at their best without fuzzing up.
