De Río Turbio al atletismo nacional: la historia de “Pali” Capella

The story of Patricio “Pali” Capella is a life journey marked by effort, perseverance, and a deep sense of belonging to Río Turbio. Born and raised in the coal mining region, his childhood unfolded in a time when neighborhood life, street games, and community were essential parts of daily life. Between soccer games, afternoons with friends, and simple anecdotes—like running away from a dog—his connection to athletics began, without him even realizing it. Over the years, his path led him through various jobs and a long stint as a teacher, always with the goal of learning and growing in his community. However, sports reappeared in his life as a source of well-being, eventually transforming into a true competitive passion. Today, retired, Capella is living a new chapter dedicated entirely to athletics, participating in national competitions and even achieving significant results, such as his victories in the 3,000-meter and 10-kilometer races. From Córdoba, where she currently resides to facilitate her participation in tournaments, she continues to proudly represent Río Turbio in every race. Her story speaks not only of sport, but also of identity, effort, and never giving up on what you are passionate about. 📲 SOCIAL MEDIA 📘 Facebook: Patagonia Nexo 📸 Instagram: patagonia.nexo 🔗 Read the full article here: https://patagonianexo.com.ar/contenid...
