We bought it, and after more than 40 years without any work by the previous owner, we carried out a complete renovation. We created a new room, going from two to three, moved the kitchen to a new location to create an open-plan kitchen-living room of more than 35 m2, fixtures, bathroom, kitchen, doors, windows...
